First of all, the hotel has great staff. Especially Neegah and Roni at the reception did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. They gave us a wonderful room for our daughter to be more comfortable. They made perfect explanations even for our smallest question. They are good staff as well as good people. I have stayed in the most luxurious hotels since my business trips. The breakfast in this hotel, especially the breads, is not even in the most luxurious hotels. The dinner has few options, but it is very delicious. You will be full in this hotel. Decent environment, quality guests. 7 24 tea and pastries. If you are going to stay in Uppsala, put this hotel in the first place. You will not regret it. We stayed for 10 days and loved it more every day. Smiling and kind-hearted staff. This is a short summary of this hotel.

The best thing was the employees They were very good with us and this was the best thing in this hotel they treat us as their family We always stay in this hotel because they are too friendly I do not remember their names An arabic person i think, he was a man he helped me very much with everything he was on the reception There was also another arabic wonan she was very kind with my son and with us i do not remember their names but those people made our stay worthy The kitchen chef called Sumaya cooked a very delicious food and she even fixed me vegetarisk food when i asked for it All the employees their were kind I have never seen such kind and good people I highly recommend this hotel

Cute hotel in a good location close to a train station. There is public parking very close by. You can use the easy pay app. If you want, they do have limited parking at the hotel for a little more. The meals were very nice and they always accommodated our gluten free needs. Compared to other Clarion hotels we stayed at, this one had a good kitchen and meals for breakfast and dinner. There was always water and cookies or cake out during the day as well as for fikka. The rooms were nice and all included a fan, no AC. We extended our stay by a day at the front desk very easily. The gym was small but nice.

Loved the fika in the lobby plus dinner and breakfast buffets that were included in the price of the room. Exceptional food and choice of dishes! Friendly, helpful staff. The room was also very nice, nothing too fancy but the bed was great with clean soft linen and a good mattress. Towels were very fluffy and clean, bathroom also very clean. Upon arrival upgraded to a room with a bathtub, mini fridge, safe box and late check-out (2pm). The extra cost felt reasonable for what we got. The hotel is overall fresh, modern and quiet, definitely recommend. The food was the highlight!

Little space to have your breakfast, you just choose between sharing the table with strangers or waiting a while to get a table on your own. Maybe trying to reorganize from Clarion to Home Hotel means sharing is caring? Good location. There more good things about this place than stuff you’d complain about so I was happy anyway.
